Consultations are conducted via Telehealth, enabling access across Australia. Medicare rebates are available with a referral from your GP or Psychiatrist.
Dr Sadhbh Joyce

Sadhbh supports those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and work‑related injury. Her therapeutic approach is person-centred, meeting each client where they are, with compassion, presence and purpose. She draws upon evidence‑based therapies grounded in care, collaboration and respect, including ACT, EMDR, MbCT, and CFT. She integrates additional training in meditation, mindful self‑compassion, yoga and nature‑based therapy.
Frequently Sadhbh works with those in caring professions. Through reflective practise and holistic coaching, she supports caring professionals to process the emotional impact of their work, reconnect with their own wellbeing and sustain compassionate, ethical practice over time.
Dr Joe Tighe

Joe is an exceptionably relatable psychologist who support his clients through life’s challenges with an approach that is practical, solutions-focused and trauma informed. He is known for his ability to tackle tough topics with knowledge, humour and humanity. Originally from Ireland, he now considers himself almost Australian.
An expert in suicide prevention, Joe’s early experiences in Australia included working in the Kimberley, Western Australia. There he co-founded the award-winning Alive & Kicking Goals! Suicide prevention project in 2008. Joe went on to complete his PhD at UNSW/Black Dog Institute based on the trial of the world’s first app for suicide prevention (ibobbly). Joe is a member of the Reachout.com Clinical Advisory Group and had also served within the Australian Human Rights Commission.
