Mindful movement month

If your body could use a break, we invite you to take some time out.

These sessions include simple stretches to release tension; mindful movements to rejuvenate and refocus; tips on how to engage mindfulness while stretching; and the tools to develop your own mindful movement sequence.

Session 4

These sessions are suitable for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners of yoga. You will need a yoga mat, a yoga strap (a long scarf works equally well) and water bottle, wear comfy clothing and find some space where you can stretch out. Optional props include bolsters/pillows, yoga blocks or two thick books, a blanket or a warm jumper for the meditation portion.
