Dr Sadhbh Joyce
MClinNeuroPsych, PhD, MAPS

Sadhbh is the Principal Psychologist, Meditation Teacher and co-founder of Mindarma and has experience across clinical, academic, and industrial settings. She is an External Fellow at the Black Dog Institute and UNSW Medicine.

Sadhbh has over 17 years’ experience working in Mental Health. She provides evidence-based therapy to those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and workplace injury. Sadhbh is passionate about programs that take a holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing.

In 2021 Sadhbh was awarded the Australian Psychological Society Significant Contribution Award in recognition of her successful translational research. You can read more about Sadhbh’s work here.

Rachel Chesher
Regional Director for South West Region Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services and Partnerships, Department of Environment and Science (QLD)

Rachel is the Regional Director for South West Region Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services and Partnerships, Department of Environment and Science (QLD) and is based in Toowoomba.

Eager to work outdoors and be hands-on in the protection of the environment, Rachel studied Environmental Management. She worked for a range of Queensland Government departments and Landcare and Catchment management groups prior to joining QPWS in 2016.

Away from work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, trying to keep fit and taking time out with a good romance novel.

Dr Paul Callaghan
Author, Founder/CEO, Callaghan Cultural Consultancy (NSW)

Paul Callaghan is an Aboriginal man belonging to the land of the Worimi people, now called Port Stephens.

Paul has held several senior executive positions in his career including CEO of New England TAFE where he had responsibility for 1,200 staff, 23,000 students and an annual budget of $65million. He has qualifications in surveying, drafting, commerce, training, executive leadership, company boards and executive coaching. He also has a PhD in Creative Practice. His most important learning however, has been through going bush with Elders.

Paul is also an author. His book, The Dreaming Path became a best seller in Australia in September, 2022 and received the Australian Book Industry Award for ‘Small Publisher’s Adult Book of the Year’ in 2023. It has also been published in France and Germany and will be published in the USA in November 2023.
