Dr Peter Baldwin, Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Research Fellow, Black Dog Institute
Peter is a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Research Fellow at Black Dog Institute, based in Melbourne.
Peter is currently the clinical and research lead for The Essential Network, a mental health hub established at Black Dog Institute to help health professionals navigate stress, burnout and other mental health challenges. Peter also runs a clinical psychology practice and sits on the Interdisciplinary Clinical Advisory Group for the Victorian Department of Health.
Stephanie Thompson, Workplaces Program Lead for WayAhead – NSW Mental Health Association
Steph Thompson leads the peer-to-peer program for WayAhead, bringing organisations together and providing platforms for access to best practice workplace wellbeing resources.
Experienced in strategically designing, implementing and evaluating workplace wellbeing initiatives in the private sector for large global organisations, as well as in service delivery in a mental health setting, Steph sits on reference groups in both NSW and QLD.
Louise Howard, Board Member Audit & Risk Committee for Western Sydney University; Board of Directors for the Australian Institute of Health & Safety; Head of Health & Safety at Sydney Metro
Louise is a qualified Health and Safety professional with over 10 years' experience leading large-scale billion dollar infrastructure projects encompassing civil, rail and electrical works. In 2020 she was named one of The Australian Financial Review's BOSS Young Executives of the Year, as well as a finalist for NSW Public Servant of the Year.
Louise has recently led the Transport for NSW Health and Safety branch of 140 people in specialist and generalist disciplines. Her role as Deputy Executive Director Health and Safety at Sydney Metro sees her lead a team of 50 people with an effective influence over approx. 6000 construction workers to deliver on the State Government's Future 2056 vision.
She has worked in safety, operations and risk consulting across the health, education, transport and power industries – both public and private sector – and regularly takes part in events and forums to share her experience and insights.

Tasman Cassim, Head of Partnerships, Black Dog Institute
Tasman is passionate about bringing the For Purpose and For Profit sectors together to solve some of society’s biggest challenges. He spent 20 years in travel and events before putting purpose and doing good at the core of his career.
